QS Safety specializes in the development, design and manufacturing of electromagnetic safety valves and compatible thermocouples for household gas appliances such as gas stoves, gas ovens, water heaters and gas hobs.

The products are manufactured in a state-of-the-art production facility, clean room class according to ISO 14644-1 and GMP, which has several fully automated production lines. Product design and quality management according to an extended version of MIL-STD 105E, were developed in Germany by QS Safety itself. Production is managed directly from Germany by a team of specialists with more than 30 years of experience in their respective fields.

QS Safety products are manufactured using the latest technologies in metallurgy and plastics engineering and therefore meet the most stringent requirements for functional safety and service life in aggressive media such as town gas, liquid gas and natural gas. The products were designed and developed in Germany and are manufactured to the highest production engineering standards and are subject to professional quality management. The company's internal quality management system strictly follows the ISO9001: 2015 management system and 6S operations management, which ensures the highest quality standards in combination with state-of-the-art production technology. As a result of these, full compliance with all relevant EU norms and standards is assured.
